Privacy Policy

We make every attempt to complete all orders placed with us. Please be aware that Woodmora may be unable to process some orders and reserves the right to cancel or refuse the acceptance of such orders. Woodmora's decision in this regard shall be final and binding on the client. Limitations on purchase amounts, mistakes or omissions in product, pricing, and stock information, difficulties found by our credit, fraud prevention department, or other unanticipated circumstances are among the reasons.

If all or part of your order is cancelled, our Customer Care Team will notify you. The money will be reimbursed to your Card Account if you cancel your order after it has been charged to your credit card.

Cancellations come in a variety of forms.

Customer cancellation

If you change your mind after placing an order for any furniture item, you have 24 hours from the order confirmation to cancel the order (or part of the transaction). Furniture, décor, tableware, and kitchenware cannot be returned.

We're committed to making sure you're entirely satisfied with any products you buy from us. We may repair/replace the part/component/product under warranty terms if it was not received in good condition. Unless the product has non-repairable manufacturing faults, it cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Non-Receipt Payment Cancellation

If the payment is made by CHEQUE/FINANCE/EMI, the merchandise will only be delivered once the check has been cleared by finance/agent. In the event that the check bounces, Woodmora will cancel the order.

Cancellation by Woodmora

In the event that a product is posted at an erroneous price or with incorrect information due to a system mistake, Woodmora has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at our sole discretion.

In the event that Woodmora is unable to meet the requirements of an order placed, Woodmora has the right to cancel the order and notify the customer. Woodmora may ask consumers to supply required supporting documentation as part of these additional security steps (Identity proof, Address Proof, etc). In the event that the needed papers are not supplied with us, retains the right to cancel the transaction completely and notify the individual affected.

If a product ordered is not serviceable to a customer's area (pin code) and an order is submitted due to system problems, Woodmora reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at our sole discretion.
