Most products are delivered Monday through Saturday. You will also receive an SMS notification once your package is ready for shipping.

You may also receive a phone call from the Courier Company/Logistics Partner confirming the estimated delivery date and time.

However, because we do not have direct control over the courier/logistics partners, we cannot guarantee that they will operate in a specific manner or that they will call before delivering your purchase. The goods will be delivered to your building's premises or anywhere it is physically viable to deliver them. We are unable to deliver things to higher floors since we lack the necessary equipment. You must provide your own laborers/manpower to transport the large items to the higher floor. Our logistics partners' obligation for delivering bulky products is limited to the ground floor or the first floor of the building.

We secure most of the goods with hardwood crates for their safety during shipment and for unpredictable and multiple handling at times. We recognise that these crates add bulk to the container, but they are absolutely important for product security. The customer may be inconvenienced by these containers, but they are unavoidable. The consumer should inspect the goods by opening them themselves or with the assistance of a local carpenter or professional. The consumer must promptly report any flaw or damage to the delivery person and to woodmora customer service.The Challan/Proof of Delivery should include a description of the defect/damage (POD). Please keep in mind that delivery personnel are not required or authorised to open any furniture or products. Please keep in mind that their only responsibility is to deliver the items to the consumer and that they are not directly hired by woodmora. You must work with them and not push them to open crates, packages, or other items.

Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway is the responsibility of the client, as we advise you to carefully review the sizes listed on the product page to ensure that the furniture you order will fit into your entryway and rooms. If the furniture does not fit/pass through the entryway/stairway, etc. we will not be held liable. Please be aware that any failed delivery as a result of such rejection or unavailability, as well as any future attempts to deliver the items, would incur additional charges from woodmora or the Logistics partner. We also ask that you provide the accurate address and phone number when placing your order.If you plan to travel and will be unreachable on the phone, please let us know ahead of time so that we can arrange for shipping and delivery at your convenience.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse delivery of an order if we consider the address is insecure, such as a shared postal address or a PO Box. If this has an impact on an order you've placed, we'll let you know as soon as we can.

Due to unforeseen situations, some items may be delivered outside of the advertised timing periods on rare instances.
DELAYED DELIVERY CHARGES OR HOLDING COSTS
- If your order is ready to ship but has been held in our warehouse at your request, you will be charged a holding fee.

We provide a 2-week grace period in which we will keep your order in our warehouse; if you are unable to accept delivery, a 'Holding Cost' or 'Delayed Delivery Cost' will be applied to your total order value on a monthly basis.

We will send you an e-mail with a complete breakdown of the costs incurred (on a monthly basis) and/or bill you pro-rata for the days you were away (if the order delivery has been delayed for less than a month due to your request)

The 'Holding Cost' is applied to the total order value at a rate of 5%. This service is subject to an 18 percent GST. Partial orders held in our facility at your request will be subject to the same policy. Before we send your order from our warehouse, the 'Holding Cost' must be paid.
