RETURNS & PURCHASE:

What we sell is our responsibility. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt if the product is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete to be entitled for a full refund or replacement.

We provide easy returns through courier collection, or you may request a replacement for non-furniture items online or in any of our stores. For returns, you will not be charged any courier or shipping fees.

All online purchases can only be returned if there are manufacturing faults, damaged product delivery, or erroneous or incomplete information. This must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery / assembly date (through phone, email, or WhatsApp).You can contact us at mag@woodmora.com or phone us at 7997995020 to return furniture.

Any product that is returned to us must be in the same condition as when it was received, including the original packing, invoice, and tags.

If you suspect the goods is not in excellent condition or the packaging has been tampered with or destroyed, please decline the delivery and contact our Customer Care at 7997995020 or mag@woodmora.com, quoting your order number. We'll do everything we can to get a replacement done as soon as possible.

Gift vouchers are not returnable or exchangeable.The convenience fee for Cash on Delivery is non-refundable. (Please note that there is a convenience fee)

Returns and exchanges through courier:

Only products with the exact same price as the product being returned are eligible for replacement via courier. Please specify the replacement item, and a Customer Care Associate will check and confirm whether it is in stock and whether a replacement can be made.

Any refunds issued in response to a return request sent to @woodmora customer service and retrieved by courier will be processed only after receipt of the product in unused condition and the original invoice.

We will handle a refund/replacement within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the goods after it has been received and validated by @woodmora. Replacement requests for remote locations or Tier 2/Tier 3 cities may take longer to process.
- Refunds to the Cardholder's credit/debit card will only be credited to the account that was used to make the purchase.

In the case of a COD order, a refund will be granted through check. The customer must supply the necessary information for a check draught. Because a COD refund is a manual process, it can take up to 7-8 days to process a cheque request.For a faster return, we recommend using the prepaid payment method when placing an order.

Policy on Cancellation:
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it (or a portion of it) within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation, or before it ships, whichever comes first.
